Lou Castillo​

Lou has a proven track record of successfully managing complex operations within large distribution centers for retail chains. He quickly masters new information, develops solutions, and manages multiple projects simultaneously. With expertise in recruiting and leading diverse teams, Lou fosters a culture of accountability while minimizing risk. His exceptional communication skills allow for effective cross-departmental collaboration.​

As General Manager for a national uniform and apparel company, Lou led a team that decorated 1.8 million units and shipped 2.4 million within the first 18 months of operation, achieving $300K in P&L savings and over $1 million in transportation cost reductions.​

Lou also led staffing and selection for two start-up distribution centers for North America’s largest home improvement retailer, increasing headcount by 400% in six months. He implemented new order fulfillment standards for the company’s first direct-to-customer bulk construction materials center.​

A U.S. Army veteran with over 22 years of service, Lou served two years in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom and three years as a NATO military attaché in Spain.
